2. Duplicate the pages as many times as you'd like for it to appear in your printed book.
3. Download.
4. Create a front and back cover for your book.
5. Download.
6. Upload your cover designs and interior pages as required by your preferred self-publishing vendor.  Our favorite is Lulu.
