Processing

Most orders are fulfilled between 2 to 10 business days. 

Shipping Times

  • Standard US: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)
  • International Shipping Not Available

What is the typical production time?

3-10 business days for all products with the exception of travel bags, crib sheets, flat cards, folded cards and special order apparel (items not in-stock).

Why are orders not consolidated?

We work with multiple vendors to give you the best pricing and quality, so your products may not be shipped from the same destination.

What carriers do you use?

Our network of vendors use a variety of carriers including:

USPS
FedEx
DHL

Do you offer tracking for shipping?

Yes, we offer tracking for almost all of our products. Your tracking number will appear under your Order summary on the Orders page.

Holidays

  • Please note that these times do not reflect the increased volume of shipping during the holiday season.  Some orders may be delayed due to this increased volume.  Please allow extra time.

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us because of the wrong address, the customer must pay to have it reshipped or a refund can be issued. (minus the shipping costs)

    Shipping Damages

    • Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen.
